Are universities doing enough to close the gender pay gap?

The first higher education dashboard from UniViz visualises the latest Longitudinal Education Outcomes data, focussing on the differences in male and female graduate pay.

There are some major differences by university type and subject, as you might expect.

But most interesting was that the graduate gender pay gap was much higher than the national gap – especially for under 40’s.
