UniViz was started by Adam Cresswell in 2024 to better use and visualise higher education data for senior decision makers. Adam’s wide ranging experience as both consultant and data analyst puts him in a unique position to provide a full service to clients, making recommendations that will bring impactful change to programme development and review.

Adam Cresswell

Founder and CEO

Adam has spent 15 years working for HE consultancies The Knowledge Partnership (TKP) and Times Higher Education. His expertise in programme and portfolio projects has seen him work for universities across the UK. He has designed many programme and portfolio analysis tools, helping institutions to launch new programmes, increase student numbers and improve their offer.

Joanna Hemingway

Visualisation Consultant

Joanna is a data visualisation expert with over 8 years of experience creating Tableau dashboards and managing enterprise deployments. She is also a guest lecturer at a Russell Group university on data in the workplace. She supports UniViz on a freelance basis, providing strategic direction and visualisation support.
